In 1999 Todd began the Military Justice Center to better serve the military community.  He has advised Privates, Sergeant Majors, General Officers, and their family members.  He has tried cases ranging from traffic violations to federal drug conspiracies to capital murder.  His clients have included victims of personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.  In 2001 he graduated from the Judge Advocates School’s Military Judge Course and is a certified Military Judge.
